Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are completely in love with your new jewels. If for some reason you are not, please contact us so we can make it right.

All returns and claims must be authorized by Winthrop's Daughter by email within 7 days of purchase and mailed within 7 days of approval. You may receive a 100% store credit or refund of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition. No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure. Allow 1-7 business days for refund to post.

If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product. 

Items that are custom made or listed under the sale section are considered a final sale. Earrings and pierced jewelry are also considered final sale due to sanitary issues.

Most pieces are one-of-a kind given the nature of the materials we work with so pieces are generally not able to be re-sized but please contact us to see if we can work something out.
